Thread Flange

Thread flange is one kind of non-welding flange. The principle of it is to process the bore of the flange into pipe thread firstly as to connect the pipe fitting that with screw thread. It is convenient to install and repair, which can be use to the pipeline that is not capable to weld on-site. Alloy steel is good in strength, but it is not easy to weld. It is the proper way to choose thread flange at this circumstance. While the pipeline is subject to temperature with large fluctuation, such as higher than 260℃ or lower than-45℃, leaking may occur if use the thread flange.
