Threaded Union Rubber Expansion Joint
Rubber expansion joints are generally composed of smooth wave shape compensation element with rubber flange at both ends and metal flange. A loose sleeve structure is often used for metal flange.
The surface of the wave shape compensating element is rubber, and the inner layer is made from multilayer of strong fiber or steel band (wire). The layers of fiber or steel band (wire) has been extended to the ends of the rubber flange, the flange has a hard steel wire skeleton. The rubber expansion joint has a larger displacement compensation ability, which can compensate the axial, lateral and angular displacement, which can reduce the noise, absorb the vibration and has anti corrosion ability. Rubber expansion joints have excellent high pressure resistance, good elasticity, large displacement compensation, nice vibration absorption and noise reduction capability, convenient installation, widely used in water supply and drainage, HVAC, fire control, compressor, paper, pharmaceutical, ship, water pump, fan and other piping systems.
